Meticulous work. Customer service is extremely strong. Returns calls very quickly. Set a timetable for doing the shower, then kept to it. Gave an estimate, then kept to it. Very pleasant to deal with. Communicated well. Did some extra work, but didn't ask for more money. Always excellent follow through. One of those very hard to find contractors; would hire him again in a second.
